We’re On Pinterest!

Okay, we don’t have an official “Pin Me” button on the site, but MonsterLibrarian.com is now on Pinterest. Right now we’ve got boards on horror resources, marketing horror at the library, Halloween and scary stories in the classroom, and the upcoming Monster Movie Month, as well as some miscellaneous odds and ends.  I hope we’ll have some boards up soon that will link to our reviews, but right now it’s a work in progress. I’m having fun with it, though, and I couldn’t stand to wait any longer to mention it here!

If you’re on Pinterest and would like to follow us (or even if you’re not- you can still explore there) come check us out at http://pinterest.com/monsterlibraria/. Tell me if I’m doing a good job and if there’s anything else you’d like to see!

Giant Princesses and Stephen King

Well, my daughter decided to be a giant princess again this year for Halloween, and insisted I join in when she saw me in the orange bridesmaid dress I wore in my best friend’s wedding. Who says bridesmaid dresses only get worn once?

Anyone who thinks princesses are helpless has never seen a four year old in a sparkly blue dress with a hoop skirt brandishing a glowing sword at her “evil mummy” brother. In our house, princesses rock.

In other news, here’s an interview of Stephen King talking about his new book. Enjoy!
