Have you ever wanted a volume of all the biggest bad ass women of the Marvel U fighting zombies together? Here you go! Misty Knight and Valkyrie come together to rebuild the legendary Valkyries and stop a mysterious collection of puppy-kickers from resurrecting a cover of corrupt Valkyries embodying evil forces.
Like a lot of volume 1s, this story is not finished. But it does center on a number of characters who are poorly represented in the more mainstream MU. Awesome characters who are blooded warriors and important, and even saving the world, entirely on their own without that famous team whose name starts with an A.
Recommended for sure, but especially for public collections, which might be stuffed with the more well-known male characters and might need a reminder that the Marvel women are awesome too.
